RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted for a full refund within 30 days as long as they meet these conditions:
The item was bought from kule.com
It's in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged)
All of the tags are still attached
The item isn't marked as Final Sale
Purchases that are monogrammed, personalized, socks, or from our Sample Sale are considered Final Sale. If you receive a damaged item, we are happy to accept the return and process a replacement.
KULE reserves the right to deny any returns or refunds.
HOLIDAY RETURNS
To accommodate holiday shopping, any eligible purchase made between November 1, 2025, and December 24, 2025, can be returned until January 15, 2026, or 30 days after the purchase date, whichever is later.
Due to a high volume of orders, please expect delays in processing returns received between November 24, 2025, and December 10, 2025.
GIFT RETURNS
If you received a KULE item as a gift, you can return it for store credit in the form of an e-gift card. The item must meet our standard return criteria.
If you have the original order number and delivery zip code, you can start your return here.

DOMESTIC RETURNS (USA)
If your item meets the return criteria, you can start your return by visiting our returns portal and entering your order number and zip code, email, or phone number. You may also request a return by logging into your account, selecting your order, and clicking 'Start a return.'
Upon the delivery of your return to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once processed, a refund or e-card will be issued, which may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your original payment method. Please note that processing times may be extended following holidays or high-volume sale periods.
Whenever possible, we encourage you to use the original packaging to help reduce waste.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If your item meets the return criteria, you can start your return by visiting our returns portal and entering your order number and zip code, email, or phone number. You may also request a return by logging into your account, selecting your order, and clicking 'Start a return.'
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and you can use any trackable method. Please ensure the item is shipped back within 30 days of placing the order.
Please note that original shipping costs and any duties paid are non-refundable.
To ensure a smooth process for your refund, please follow these steps:

Ship the item to the address provided using a carrier of your choice.
Email your order number and tracking information to hi@kule.com. We cannot process your refund without tracking details.
Whenever possible, we encourage you to use the original packaging to help reduce waste.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to update your shipping address or would like to cancel your order, please call us at 1-800-299-5853 or email us at hi@kule.com, and we'll do our best to help. We have a limited window to make modifications to your order, including updating the shipping address, so we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to make any changes before your package is shipped. In this case, you can choose to return the item if it meets our return policy. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you offer exchanges?
You are welcome to return any items you don't want and place a new order at your convenience, as we don't offer direct exchanges.
How do I request a return?
Start your return by visiting our returns portal and entering your order number and zip code, email, or phone number. You may also request a return by logging into your account, selecting your order, and clicking 'Start a return.'
How long does it take to receive my refund?
We'll start processing your return within 3-5 business days after it arrives at our warehouse. You can expect to see your refund within 3-5 business days after your return has been processed.
Are returns free?
Good news for our US customers: Returns are free! Just use the prepaid shipping label or QR code provided via the returns portal. International customers will be responsible for their own return shipping costs.
Can I send back my returns from multiple orders in the same box?
To ensure you receive the correct refund for each order, please send each order back in its own box with the corresponding label. Our warehouse can only process and refund returns that match the tracking information for that specific order.
How do I add a discount code to my order?
At checkout, enter your discount code in the box labeled "Discount Code or Gift Card" and click "Apply." The total will then update to reflect your discount. Only one discount code can be applied per order and will only apply to non-charitable and full-price items.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We are happy to offer a one-time price adjustment for items purchased on KULE.com within 7 days of the original purchase date, as long as the item is still in stock. Please note that we do not offer price adjustments on Final Sale items.
